In short: you send us a video link and a target, we quote an exact number of views at an exact price, and we run the campaign through Google Ads from our own accounts. We never ask for your channel login. Delivered views are paid to Google and cannot be refunded; anything undelivered is.
1. Who we are
These terms apply to every quote, order and service provided by Growthlinker Private Limited ("Growthlinker", "we", "us") to a client ("you"). By confirming a quote or paying for an order you accept these terms.
2. What we provide
Our main service is YouTube video promotion through Google Ads: skippable in-stream and in-feed video ad campaigns that we plan, set up, run and report on. We also provide other digital marketing and website services when agreed in writing. Every campaign runs from Google Ads accounts owned and paid for by Growthlinker.
3. Quotes and orders
- A quote states the ad format, the targeting (countries, states, languages or interests), the number of views, the price, applicable GST and the expected delivery window.
- A quote is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.
- An order is confirmed when you accept the quote (on our order page, by WhatsApp or by email) and we receive the agreed advance payment.
- Changes to a confirmed order (new target, new video, more views) are quoted separately.
4. Your responsibilities
- You own, or hold the rights to promote, the video and everything in it (music, lyrics, footage, artwork).
- The video and its channel comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Google Ads policies, and the video is publicly available for the whole campaign.
- You give us accurate contact and billing details and respond to questions that affect the campaign.
- You do not ask us to promote content that is illegal, misleading or restricted by Google's advertising policies.
5. Campaign delivery
- We set up the campaign within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless we are waiting for information from you or Google is reviewing the ad.
- Views are delivered over the window stated in the quote and are counted according to Google Ads campaign reports. They appear in your YouTube Studio analytics under the traffic source "YouTube advertising"; timing differences of a day or two between Google Ads and YouTube Studio are normal.
- If fewer views are delivered than ordered by the end of the window, we extend the campaign at no cost or refund the undelivered portion, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- YouTube applies its own rules to how views are counted and displayed. We do not control these rules and cannot change a number shown by YouTube.
6. What we do not promise
We promise the delivery of the ordered ad views, reported transparently. We do not promise chart positions, trending placement, subscribers, likes, comments, revenue or any other outcome beyond the delivered views. Whether a video earns advertising revenue from these views is decided by YouTube.
7. Account access
We never ask for your Google or YouTube password, and we do not need manager access to your channel. We only need the public links to your video and channel.
8. Prices, payment and invoices
- Prices for Indian clients are in Indian rupees plus GST at the applicable rate. Prices for international clients are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise.
- The advance stated in the quote is payable before the campaign starts; any balance is payable as stated in the quote.
- We issue a GST tax invoice for every order.
- Accepted payment methods are listed on the quote or order page (for example UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, PayPal or card).
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Google policy reviews
If Google disapproves the video or the ad, we tell you what Google reported. Where the issue can be fixed (for example a thumbnail or a title), you may fix it and we resubmit. If it cannot be fixed, we refund the unspent amount in full.
11. Permission to use your content
You grant Growthlinker a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the video, its title, thumbnail and channel name inside the advertising campaign for the duration of the order. We claim no other rights in your content.
12. Reporting
You receive confirmation when the campaign goes live, progress updates during delivery and a final report when it ends. Report figures come from Google Ads. We may also share screenshots from Google Ads and the public Google Ads Transparency Center as evidence that the ads ran.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Growthlinker's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or for actions taken by Google or YouTube on your channel or video.
14. Trademarks
YouTube, Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC. Growthlinker is an independent advertiser and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders confirmed under an earlier version keep the terms that applied when they were confirmed.
