In short: we keep the details you give us to quote, run and invoice your campaign. We do not sell them, and this website sets no tracking cookies. If you ever want your details removed or want no more emails from us, one message is enough.

2. Information we collect
- Enquiries and orders: your name, company or channel name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the video and channel links you send us, your targeting preferences and the messages you exchange with us.
- Payments: the amount, date and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment provider (for example Razorpay or PayPal) and never stored by us.
- Business outreach: when we contact a label, artist or agency, we use business contact details that the organisation has published itself (for example on its YouTube channel or website) together with public information about its releases.
- This website: no accounts, no forms that store data on our servers and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotes, set up and run campaigns, send progress reports and final reports.
- To issue GST invoices and keep the accounting records Indian law requires.
- To answer your questions and support you during and after a campaign.
- To tell labels, artists and agencies about our service, with a clear way to opt out in every email.
4. Who we share it with
- Google: the public link to your video and channel is used inside the Google Ads campaign. We do not share your contact details with Google.
- Payment providers: only what is needed to process a payment or a refund.
- Accounting and tax: invoice details with our accountant and tax authorities as required by law.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with other advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Order, invoice and payment records are kept for 8 years, as required for company accounts in India. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted or anonymised within 2 years. Opt-out requests are kept permanently so that we do not contact you again.
6. Opting out of our emails
Every email we send to a business contact includes an opt-out line. Reply with "unsubscribe" or "stop", or write to ceo@growthlinkerpvtltd.com, and we add the address and the domain to our do-not-contact list. This is permanent.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to ceo@growthlinkerpvtltd.com; we respond within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the grievance contact named above.
8. Security
Client details and credentials for our own systems are stored encrypted and accessible only to the people who run your campaign. We use two-step verification on our business accounts.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
