Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before the campaign starts

• You may cancel at any time before the campaign goes live. We refund the full amount you paid.
• If we cannot start the campaign within 48 hours of receiving your payment, and the delay is not caused by missing information from you or by a Google policy review, you may cancel for a full refund.
• If Google disapproves the video or ad and the issue cannot be fixed, we refund the full unspent amount.

2. After the campaign starts

• You may stop the campaign at any time by WhatsApp or email. We pause it within one working day.
• You pay for the views delivered up to the pause, at the rate in your quote. The remaining balance is refunded.
• Views already delivered cannot be refunded: the ads have been shown and paid to Google.

3. If we deliver fewer views than ordered

If the ordered number of views is not reached by the end of the delivery window, you choose one of two options: we extend the campaign at no extra cost until the number is reached, or we refund the undelivered portion pro-rata.

4. What is not covered

Refunds are based on delivered views only. We do not refund for outcomes we did not promise, such as chart positions, trending placement, subscribers, likes, comments or revenue. Differences between Google Ads figures and the numbers YouTube shows, which can lag by a day or two, are not grounds for a refund.

5. How to request a refund

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 83405 14710) or email ceo@growthlinkerpvtltd.com with your order reference or invoice number.
2. We confirm the delivered views and the refundable amount within 2 working days.
3. The refund is sent to the original payment method within 7 working days, with a GST credit note where applicable. Banks and payment providers may take a few extra days to show it.
